No refund policy

Once an order is confirmed and delivered, we do not provide cash refunds or payment refunds. Please check the product details, size, and delivery information carefully before placing an order.

Size issue returns

Return or exchange is available only when there is a genuine size issue. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packing, tags, and invoice.

• Size issue must be reported to support within the allowed return window after delivery.
• The returned item should pass quality checking before exchange is approved.
• Exchange depends on stock availability for the requested size.

Not eligible for return

Items are not eligible for return when the issue is unrelated to size, when the item is used or damaged after delivery, or when the request is made after the return window. Shipping and COD charges are not refundable.
