When a refund is issued
A refund is issued when an order is cancelled before dispatch, a payment is debited but the order is not created, an order is cancelled by KANISHRA BOUTIQUE due to stock or operational reasons, a delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a refund is approved under applicable consumer protection requirements.
Refund timeline
Refunds are approved within 2 business days of receiving the request or the returned item, and the approved amount is initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or UPI application, the credit may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your statement.
For a payment that failed or was debited without an order being created, the amount is either auto-reversed by the payment gateway or refunded by KANISHRA BOUTIQUE within 5-7 business days of the transaction being confirmed.
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to a bank account verified with the customer.
Order cancelled before dispatch: full order value including shipping is refunded.
Customer-requested return: product value is refunded; shipping and COD charges are not refundable.
Order cancellation
You can request cancellation of an order any time before it is dispatched by contacting KANISHRA BOUTIQUE with your order number. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner it cannot be cancelled, and the Return and Exchange Policy applies instead.
